How can I place my order?

You can place your order by Internet directly by logging in, by e-mail specifying the products and quantities a possible promotion, by mail or telephone. From CHF 25.- or EUR 59.- shipping costs are offered.


My order has been canceled. What to do?

Your order may have been canceled due to a mailing address not found, an invalid email address, or ordering amounts too high. You can re-order by selecting a credit, twint, or other advanced payment method that guarantees the correct information about your contact information.


I chose the priority delivery. I still have not received anything after 24 hours. What to do ?

If you opt for the priority shipment and your request has not been respected, you can ask for the refund or the credit note for the amount of the priority delivery costs.


How to activate an automatic / recurring order?

Select products in subscription, then in your order summary, activate the "subscription" gauge. Then choose your method of payment, delivery and frequencies.


How to cancel my automatic / recurring order?

Go to your client area in the "Subscription" tab.


How can I change my order?

Provided that the recent order is within the preceding minutes, it is not possible to modify your order. However, if the order is very recent, there is a little chance that we can change your order over the phone. Do not hesitate to call us or write us as soon as you see an error in your order.


How can I cancel my order?

How can I receive a copy of my invoice?

With a fee of CHF 3.00, you can request a copy of your invoice by e-mail, post or telephone, and even via the contact form via the internet. In principle, the invoice copy arrives in less than an hour.


How to understand the status of my order?

Canceled: Your order has been canceled due to lack of information, a suspicious basket.

Waiting validation: Your order is being analyzed.

Ships: Your order has been shipped to our order picking shop. Therefore, count between 24h-48h maximum for delivery.


How to see my order tracking?

The tracking of your order can be done from your customer area in your personal information.


Tracking the package indicates that it was delivered, but I did not receive anything. What to do ?

Unfortunately, some packages are lost. When this happens to you, contact us immediately. After analysis and subject to error, the order is returned to you without charge, then a search by La Post is performed to trace the package.


I ordered more goods and received a lot less. What to do ?

The parcel tracking is analyzed with the exact weight delivered to you. If after analysis, the lack of weight is justified, we send you the difference of goods without charge.


How do I change my registered credit card?

To change the credit card, follow these steps:

  • 1. Validate your basket
  • 2. Confirm your personal information and address.
  • 3. Choose your delivery method.
  • 4. In step 4 of payment, choose "Credit card" then click on "Use new card", to save your new details.
